The aluminum veneer mainly uses 1100H24、3003H24 monolayer aluminum alloy plate as substrate. It consists of face plate, stiffener and hangers. Face plate and hangers are connected by solid or hollow rivets. It is installed a special stiffener at the back of the face plate to make sure the smoothness during long-term use. Stiffener and the back of face plate are connected by stainless steel and pads and nuts to be as a stable whole. Therefore, It strengthens its toughness and stiffness.
